FELTOM is a self-regulating, non-profit organisation, dedicated to promoting professionalism within the language learning industry by setting and maintaining standards in every aspect of a language stay.
FELTOM manages an accreditation scheme as part of the quality assurance of its members and is seeking to recruit inspectors on a part-time basis. Such inspectors are required to review ELT Organisations in accordance with the FELTOM accreditation scheme and report to the FELTOM Accreditation Council.
Ideally an Inspector should be:
– A member of the teaching profession of at least five years’ standing in a supervisory position;
– A member of the engineering/legal professions of at least five years’ standing;
– A graduate in management/marketing/accounting holding a senior position for at least five years;
– A person fulfilling the role of Inspector for an international standards organisation of repute for at least two years.
Applicants must have no connections, particularly financial or in employment, past, present or future for a minimum of two years with any ELT Organisation in Malta. Training will be provided to the selected persons.
